Tarot inspiration for today

Using the Tarot card in the position of self as an inspiration I am going to use my mind to steer my behavior in mind, body and spirit.
Today my Tarot card is Chariot; I will focus my thoughts toward my goals and match my efforts to help meet my goals. That means that I will focus on getting my home and finances in order so I can hit the ground running with my studies next month and I will pay close attention to my eating and make sure I get some exercise today as I have been slacking off. An athlete poised at the starting line needs to be focused and prepared for the task ahead. Read on to hear more about The Chariot and where you can find your Tarot inspiration.
The Chariot:
You are speeding toward victory.
The card in the self position reveals aspects of how you perceive yourself right now.
The Chariot is a symbol of victory through mental control. The feeling of this card reminds us of an athlete poised for the starting gun. When the signal comes, he or she hits the ground running. The Chariot is not about the security of castle and moat. No, the Chariot represents an adventurous nature, a desire to seize the reins, a love of the open road.
The sphinx-like steeds are anxious to lunge forward and be on their way. This card reminds you to use the powers of your mind to steer that wild excitement and focus the energy, because the urge to action is unstoppable. When you take up the reins of the charioteer, you assume the rapid rise of the culturally, psychologically and technologically advanced and mobile individual, a world class citizen.
